Abstract

In the field of Electrical Energy Distribution, measurements and statistics are used to obtain information on various aspects of the business. Among these, there are two indicators that will be presented and developed in this work, which are of great importance for understanding the operational status of the facilities and the service quality for customers. The project is implemented in a major provincial distribution company in the country, where a data extractor was developed, along with the calculation and creation of dynamic charts to visualize these indicators using open-source software. From this, the significant advantages of implementing such a development can be observed, allowing for dynamic analysis and extensive freedom in combining and grouping data, enabling conclusions that optimize the maintenance and investment processes in the technical management area.
