Preventive maintenance plans reorganization at Jorge Newbery International Airport

The objective of this project is to reorganize and optimize the preventive maintenance plans at Jorge Newbery International Airport through the efficient allocation of tasks and scheduling of work shifts. A strategic reordering was implemented during periods of high operation to minimize downtime of critical equipment and ensure an equitable distribution of tasks throughout the month. The anticipated outcomes suggest a significant enhancement in operational efficiency, manifested in the reduction of tasks during critical operational periods and a more uniform distribution of tasks throughout the month. Additionally, an accessible database was established for consultation, simplifying maintenance management and tracking. This approach presents an effective framework for maintenance management in airports, highlighting its positive impact on the operations of Jorge Newbery International Airport.
