Diseño e implementación de un relevador de curvas I-V con acceso remoto

Abstract

Since the beginning of the Pandemic in March 2020, virtuality in the academic field had an exponential growth. This context was imposed with a particular impact for those activities of an experimental nature, an issue that placed in the forefront the need to have access and remote command labora tories available. Taking into account this situation, the objective of having a device that allows remote tests and measurements on electronic components is set, applying the principle of IoT (Internet of Things), with the minimum possible limitations. This work presents the design and implementation of a Remote Laboratory in order to carry out voltage and current measurements on semiconductor components such as diodes and / or transistors, enabling the configuration of desiredvalues and returning a Current-Voltage graph to in order to characterize the component under test.
