The Unidad Latinoamericana Square (Medrano, Costa Rica, El Salvador y Acuña de Figueroa) in Palermo, Buenos Aires, has emerged as a key space for social interaction and community development, particularly during the coronavirus pandemic. This article examines its evolution, the quality of the public space based on specific indicators, and the conflicts that have arisen regarding its use. Furthermore, it proposes innovative solutions and participatory methodologies aimed at improving coexistence and public space management, grounded in a comparative analysis of international case studies.
